&lt;p&gt;So once upon a hot summer evening, recent college grads Stevia and Amy started talking about how it&amp;#8217;s hard to make friends when you don&amp;#8217;t have school (or work, yet, as the case may be) to fall back on.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And thus was born a challenge: making friends in and around their home town during the summer following graduation (and beyond). Real friends, not just see-once-and-never-talk-to-again friends.&lt;/p&gt;
